Customer Service Assistant

The Group

Sebbin UK LTD, based in Egham (Surrey), belongs to Groupe Sebbin SAS, a French company based near Paris.
Sebbin Group designs, develops, manufactures and markets silicone prosthesis and other solutions for aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.
The team of Sebbin UK currently consists of 7 people (based either at Customer Service or in the field) .
We are urgently looking for a talented individual to join our lovely customer service team. The role is diverse and in addition to the duties listed below, may also support other areas : exhibitions, custom made implants

Orders

  • Allocation of stock
  • Orders acknowledgement and confirmation of the availabilities to the customer
  • Processing the orders
  • Consideration of customer-specific conditions, discounts, and promotions for orders
  • Booking deliveries and collections
  • Confirmation of the delivery to the customer
  • Customer communication. Providing any required information to the customers by telephone and electronically

Reports

  • Monday revenue reports
  • Usage reports (on request)
  • Consignment stock reports
  • Other reports as per request of Business Manager or Country Manager

Stock

  • Working closely with Country Manager to ensure the Central stock levels are correct (each quarter) and reflect the market trends
  • Monitoring the expiry date of the products in consignment stocks
  • Helping Business Managers to control the stock at their consignment stock to ensure the rotation of the stock is appropriate
  • Ensure the consignment stock check are performed in timely manner
  • Montoring returns of S&R order

Invoicing

  • Timely invoicing

Complaints

  • Complains registration
  • Communication with Vigilance Department in France and with the Customer
  • Close co-opearation with the Country Manager and Business Managers
  • Co-operation with different departments with our parent company

Profile

  • At least 1 year of professional experience at Customer Service
  • Good MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Very good communication skills, service orientation, quick comprehension, methodical-analytical and structured way of thinking and working
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Understanding supply chain
  • Experience in medical devices field would be ideal (but not required)

  • Full-time : 37.5 hours a week
